one day projects

within a couple of weeks I planned an built this couch togethter with a friend. the aim was to construct the seating-furniture cheap, cosy and good looking. while we succeeded in the first two points the third is still a matter of debate since cheap/good looking do not go together very well for everybody. anyways here is the recipe: take approximately 10m of steel tube (€ 70,-), take some plywood (€ 20,-) and a PE-string (€ 10,-) for the seating area and the couch is almost done. for general acceptance you have to add one old foam mattress (€ 0,-) that you cut into desired shape and cover in fabric of your choice (€ 40,-)
